Orders are shipped Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (EST). Orders ship pending inventory availability and credit card verification. We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours. However, processing time can vary depending on the item. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to receive further updates.

 

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER

If the package cannot be delivered to the shipping address due to causes of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (VELMONT) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
